How do I connect with my partner?
Open Together, sign in with Apple, and send your partner an invite to form your connection. Once you're linked, your moments, moods, status, and more are shared just between the two of you.
How do I manage or cancel Together Plus?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions to change or cancel any time. One Together Plus subscription covers both partners in your connection.
Is my location actually private?
Yes. When you turn on Distance, your location is end-to-end encrypted on your device before it leaves it. Only your partner's device can read it, we can't. You can turn it off any time.
How do I delete my account and data?
From Settings inside the app, or email us at hello@try-together.app. Deleting your account removes your profile and content from our active systems.
